- طالب الادارة الأمريكية الجديدة بتصحيح الخطأ الذي ارتكبته الادارة الامريكية السابقة تجاه القضية الفلسطينية . دائرة شؤون اللاجئين - 14/11/2020- أكد عضو اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية رئيس دائرة شؤون اللاجئين الدكتور احمد ابو هولي على استمرار النضال السياسي والدبلوماسي الفلسطيني في كافة المحافل الدولية نحو تجسيد الدولة الفلسطينية على حدود الرابع من حزيران لعام 1967 وعاصمتها القدس وعودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين الى ديارهم طبقا لما ورد في القرار 194 . ودعا د. ابو هولي في بيان صحفي صادر عنه اليوم في الذكرى (32) لإعلان استقلال دولة فلسطين الذي يصادف يوم غدٍ الأحد، الموافق الخامس عشر من تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر الدول التي لم تعترف بعد في الدولة الفلسطينية الاعتراف بها، ودعم حق الشعب الفلسطيني في العودة وتقرير مصيره والاصطفاف الى مربع الحق والعدل الذي تضمنه مبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة . وشدد د. ابو هولي في بيانه على رفض منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية للحلول المجتزأة التي تتجاوز قرارات الشرعية الدولية وحق العودة والتعويض وتتجاوز خيار حل الدولتين وتنحاز للمحتل على حساب حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني غير القابلة للتصرف مؤكداً في الوقت ذاته بان الشعب الفلسطيني لن يقبل بديلاً عن فلسطين وطناً له. واضاف ان اعلان الاستقلال شكل نقطة تحول في نضال شعبنا وعلامة فارقة في تاريخ القضية الفلسطينية والمنطقة لما مثله هذا الإعلان من اعتراف 105 دولة بهذا الاستقلال ونشر سفراء لفلسطين فيها في الوقت الذي كانت اسرائيل الدول القائمة على الاحتلال تتنكر ولا تزال تتنكر لحق شعبنا في العودة وتقرير مصيره واقامة دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس . وتابع قائلاً: "في الذكرى (32) لاعلان استقلال دولة فلسطين الذي صدح الرئيس ياسر عرفات بإعلانه أمام المجلس الوطني الفلسطيني في العام 1988 من قلب العاصمة الجزائرية الجزائر نؤكد بان القدس الشرقية ستبقى العاصمة الابدية والتاريخية لدولة فلسطين ولن نقبل بديلاً عنها " واضاف ان اعتراف ترامب بالقدس عاصمة لإسرائيل الدولة القائمة على الاحتلال بات من الماضي ولن يغير من حقيقة ان القدس الشرقية عاصمة لدولة فلسطين وفق قرارات الأمم المتحدة ولن يعزلها عن محيطها العربي والاسلامي، معرباً بأن تقوم الادارة الأمريكية الجديدة ورئيسها الجديد جو بايدن بتصحيح الخطأ الذي ارتكبته الادارة الامريكية السابقة تجاه القضية الفلسطينية . واكد د. ابو هولي على تعزيز الوحدة الوطنية والاسراع في اتمام خطوات المصالحة والالتفاف حول منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية الممثل الشرعي والوحيد لشعبنا الفلسطيني للوقوف صفاً واحداً في الدفاع عن حقوق شعبنا والتصدي لممارسات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي ولكل المؤامرات التي تستهدف مشروعنا التحرري . وطالب المجتمع الدولي بتحمل مسؤولياته والضغط على حكومة الاحتلال لوقف عدوانها وانهاء احتلالها وانصياعها لإرادة الشرعية الدولية وارادة شعبنا الفلسطيني بنيل حريته واستقلاله الوطني وتمكينه من اقامة دولته المستقلة كاملة السيادة وعاصمتها القدس على اساس حل الدولتين .   Date: 14/11/2020
On the 32nd anniversary of the declaration of independence
Dr. Abu Houli: PLO rejects piecemeal solutions that go beyond the right of return and the option of a two-state solution
- Demanded that the new US administration correct the mistake made by the previous US administration towards the Palestinian issue .

Member of the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and head of the Department of Refugee Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Abu Houli, stressed the continued Palestinian political and diplomatic struggle in all international forums towards the establishment of a Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with Jerusalem as its capital, and the return of Palestinian refugees to their homes in accordance with Resolution 194 .
Called Dr. Abu Houli in a press statement issued today on the 32nd anniversary of the declaration of independence of the state of Palestine, which falls on tomorrow Sunday, 15 November, the states that have not yet recognized the Palestinian state to recognize it, and to support the right of the Palestinian people to return, self-determination and alignment to the square of truth and justice guaranteed by the principles of the Charter of the United Nations .
Stressed Dr. Abu Houli in his statement on the rejection by the PLO of piecemeal solutions that go beyond the resolutions of international legitimacy, the right of return and compensation, and beyond the option of a two-state solution, siding with the occupier at the expense of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, while stressing that the Palestinian people will not accept an alternative to Palestine as their homeland.
The declaration of independence marked a turning point in the struggle of our people and a milestone in the history of the Palestinian cause and the region, as represented by the recognition of this independence by 105 States and the deployment of ambassadors to Palestine at a time when Israel, the occupying powers, was and continues to deny the right of our people to return, self-determination and the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital .
"On the 32nd anniversary of the declaration of independence of the state of Palestine, which President Yasser Arafat declared before the Palestinian National Council in 1988 from the heart of Algiers, we affirm that East Jerusalem will remain the eternal and historic capital of the state of Palestine and we will not accept an alternative "
He added that Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel's occupation-based state has become a thing of the past and will not change the fact that East Jerusalem is the capital of the state of Palestine in accordance with UN resolutions and will not isolate it from its Arab and Islamic surroundings .
 Waked Dr. Abu Houli to strengthen national unity and accelerate the completion of reconciliation steps and to rally around the Palestine Liberation Organization, the legitimate and sole representative of our Palestinian people, to stand together in defending the rights of our people and to counter the practices of the Israeli occupation and all the conspiracies that target our libertarian project .
The council demanded the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and pressure on the occupation government to stop its aggression and end its occupation and respect the will of international legitimacy and the Palestinian people's attainment of freedom and national independence and to enable them to set up their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital on the basis of a two-state solution .
