دائرة شؤون اللاجئين - 28/11/2020 - دعا عضو اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية رئيس دائرة شؤون اللاجئين د. أحمد أبو هولي الى حل القضية الفلسطينية حلاً نهائياً وفق قرارات الأمم المتحدة ورؤية الرئيس محمود عباس (أبو مازن) رئيس دولة فلسطين بعقد مؤتمر دولي للسلام في مطلع العام القادم متعدد الأطراف على أساس القانون الدولي وقرارات الأمم المتحدة والمبادرة العربية للسلام لإنجاز حل الدولتين والتي تبناها المجتمع الدولي في جلسة مجلس الامن في اكتوبر الماضي.
واشار في بيان صادر عنه اليوم بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للتضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني الى ان العدالة التي ينشدها شعبنا الفلسطيني لا تزال غائبة في ظل استمرار إسرائيل الدولة القائمة على الاحتلال التنكر لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني ورفضها تطبيق قرارات الأمم المتحدة، واستهتارها بالمنظومة الأممية.
وقال: "يصادف اليوم الذكرى (73) لإعلان قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة رقم 181 في التاسع والعشرين من نوفمبر عام 1947 الذي اقر بتقسم فلسطين الى دولتين عربية ويهودية، وبفعل نضال شعبنا وتضحياته وعدالة قضيته اعتبرت الأمم المتحدة في العام 1979 تاريخ صدور القرار 181 يوماً عالمياً للتضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني في دلالة دولية على اعتراف المجتمع الدولي بالحقوق الفلسطينية المشروعة غير القابلة للتصرف".
وتابع د. أبو هولي انه في العام 2012 في ذات التاريخ الذي يصادف التاسع والعشرون من تشرين ثاني حققت منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وشعبنا الفلسطيني بتصميم من الرئيس محمود عباس رئيس دولة فلسطين انتصاراً سياسياً وتاريخياً ومكسبا قانونيا للقضية الفلسطينية بقبول فلسطين دولة عضو مراقب في الأمم المتحدة من خلال التصويت على قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 67/19 بأغلبية ساحقة والذي عكس حجم التأييد ووقوف العالم أجمع إلى جانب شعبنا وحقوقه التاريخية وقضيته العادلة.
وأكد على ضرورة ترجمة اعتراف المجتمع الدولي بالحقوق الفلسطينية من خلال تحمل مسؤولياته تجاه القضية الفلسطينية ورفع الظلم التاريخ عن الشعب الفلسطيني ،والضغط على حكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للانصياع للإرادة الدولية وتنفيذ قراراتها خاصة القرار 181 الذي يصادف اليوم على صدروه اليوم 73 عاماً، والقرار 194 الذي يؤكد على حق اللاجئين بالعودة الى ديارهم التي هجروا منها عام 1948 اللذان كان احد شروط قبول إسرائيل عضواً في الأمم المتحدة والعمل على انهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي عن الأراضي المحتلة عام 1967 وتمكين شعبنا الفلسطيني من اقامة دولته المستقلة كاملة السيادة على كافة الاراضي الفلسطينية التي احتلت عام 1967، وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية .
وحث د. أبو هولي في يوم التضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني المجتمع الدولي الى ترجمته دعمه السياسي لوكالة الغوث الدولي "الأونروا" الذي تحقق في العام 2019 بتجديد تفويضها بأغلبية ساحقة الى دعم مالي لتحقيق دعم دائم ومستدام يمكنها من الخروج من ازماتها المالية المتعاقبة والاستمرار في خدماتها الى حين حل قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين حلاً عادلاً طبقاً للقرار 194.
ودعا شعبنا الفلسطيني وفصائله بالالتفاف الجماهيري والوطني حول المشروع الوطني وحول الرئيس محمود عباس رئيس دولة فلسطين وهو يقود معركة الاستقلال نحو الحرية والتحرير والعودة وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية والمستقلة وعاصمتها القدس.
كما ودعا د. أبو هولي كل احرار العالم وكل المناصرين للقضية الفلسطينية الخروج غداً للتعبير والتضامن مع شعبنا الفلسطيني وحقوقه العادلة واسناد نضاله واعلاء صوتهم للمطالبة بإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الذي هو اخر احتلال يشهده العالم في عصرنا الحديث ورفض جرائم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي المتواصلة على شعبنا.

On the occasion of the International Day of solidarity with the Palestinian people
Dr. Abu Houli: calls for resolution of the Palestinian issue in accordance with UN resolutions and the president's vision to convene an international peace conference early next year

The PLO Executive Committee member, the head of the Refugee Affairs Department, Dr. Ahmed Abu Houli invited to resolve the Palestinian issue definitively in accordance with United Nations resolutions and the vision of President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen), president of the state of Palestine, to convene an international peace conference early next year on the basis of international law, United Nations resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative to accomplish the two-state solution, which was adopted by the international Security Council session last October.
In a statement issued today on the occasion of the International Day of solidarity with the Palestinian people, he pointed out that the Justice sought by our Palestinian people is still lacking in light of Israel continued occupation, its denial of the rights of the Palestinian people, its refusal to implement United Nations resolutions and its disregard for the United Nations system.
"Today marks the 73rd anniversary of the declaration of UN General Assembly Resolution 181 on November 29th, 1947, which recognized the division of Palestine into two Arab and Jewish states, and because of the struggle and sacrifice of our people and the Justice of their cause, the United Nations in 1979 considered the date of the adoption of the Resolution 181 as a World Day of solidarity, with the Palestinian people in an international sign of the international community’s recognition of Palestinian legitimate and inalienable rights.
Dr. Abu Houli continued in 2012, on the same date as November 29th, the PLO and our Palestinian people, with the determination of President Mahmoud Abbas, president of the state of Palestine, achieved a political, historical and legal victory for the Palestinian cause by accepting Palestine as an observer state of the United Nations by voting on UN General Assembly resolution 67/19 by an overwhelming majority, which reflected the magnitude of support and the standing of the whole world.
He stressed the need to translate the recognition of Palestinian rights by the international community through assuming its responsibilities towards the Palestinian cause and lifting the historical injustice of the Palestinian people, and to put pressure on the Israeli occupation government to comply with the international will and implement its resolutions, especially Resolution 181, which marks today 73 years, and Resolution 194, which affirms the right of refugees to return، Its capital is east Jerusalem .
Dr. Abu Houli urged on the day of solidarity with the Palestinian people, the international community translated its political support for the international relief agency (UNRWA), achieved in 2019 by renewing its mandate by an overwhelming majority, into financial support to achieve lasting and sustainable support that will enable it to emerge from successive financial crises and continue its services until the issue of Palestine refugees are a fair solution according to Resolution 194.
He called on the Palestinian people and their factions to rally around the national project and around President Mahmoud Abbas, president of the state of Palestine, as he leads the battle for independence towards freedom, liberation, return and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
Also Dr. Abu Houli called all the world, free people and all the supporters of the Palestinian cause will come out tomorrow to express solidarity with our Palestinian people and their just rights, to support their struggle and to raise their voice to demand an end to the Israeli occupation, which is the last occupation the world is witnessing in modern times, and to reject the continuing crimes of Israeli occupation against our people.
