دائرة شؤون اللاجئين -13/12/2020 - أكد عضو اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية رئيس دائرة شؤون اللاجئين د. أحمد أبو هولي، أن مؤتمر المشرفين على شؤون الفلسطينيين سيبحث على جدول اعمال دورته (105) التحضيرات والجهود المشتركة للدول العربية المضيفة للاجئين وجامعة الدول العربية لإنجاح المؤتمر الدولي للمانحين المزمع عقده مطالع العام 2021 من أجل تحقيق دعم متعدد السنوات ومستدام للأونروا وترجمة الدعم السياسي الكبير للأونروا التي حصلت عليه خلال التصويت على تجديد تفويضها في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في شهر كانون أول 2019 الى دعم مالي.
وقال د. أبو هولي في بيان صحفي صادر عنه اليوم (الأحد) ان مؤتمر المشرفين على شؤون الفلسطينيين في الدول العربية المضيفة سيبدأ اعمال دورته (105) صباح غد الاثنين في مقر الأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية بالقاهرة بمشاركة الدول العربية المضيفة للاجئين، والأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية ومنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، والمنظمة العربية للعلوم والثقافة "ألكسو"، والمنظمة الإسلامية للعلوم والثقافة "أسيسكو"، من خلال وحدة الربط "الفيديو كونفرانس" نظراً للحالة الطارئة التي تفرضها جائجة كورنا .
ولفت د. أبو هولي ان المؤتمر يعقد في ظروف معقده وصعبة، تشهدها القضية الفلسطينية في ظل التصعيد الإسرائيلي للاستيطان، عبر بناء مستوطنات جديدة، وتوسيع القديم، ومصادرة الاف الدونمات من الأرض الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية والقدس، وهدم بيوت الفلسطينيين وتهجيرهم، الذي يشكل تطبيقاً عملياً لمخططات الضم الإسرائيلية ، علاوة على استمرار حكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في تهويد مدينة القدس ومحاولات فرض التقسيم الزماني والمكاني للمسجد الأقصى ، يضاف الى ذلك الازمة المالية التي تعاني منها الأونروا وازدياد احتياجات اللاجئين وعدم قدرة الاونروا على صرف رواتب موظفيها في ظل جائحة كورونا .
وأوضح ان المؤتمر سيناقش القضايا المدرجة على جدول اعماله والمرتبطة بالقضية الفلسطينية وابرزها قضية القدس والاعتداءات الاسرائيلية المتواصلة على مدينة القدس واهلها وعلى المسجد الاقصى ومحاولات تهويدها علاوة على دعم صمود الشعب الفلسطيني ونضاله المشروع والاستيطان الإسرائيلي والهجرة اليهودية، وجدار الفصل العنصري، ونشاطات وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين "الأونروا"، وأوضاعها المالية والتنمية في الأرض الفلسطينية.
وتابع د. ابو هولي "المؤتمر سيقف أمام تقرير قطاع فلسطين والاراضي العربية المحتلة حول متابعة توصيات الدورة (104) السابقة لمؤتمر المشرفين".
وسيقدم الوفد الفلسطيني خلال المؤتمر مجموعة من التقارير حول اخر المستجدات التي تشهدها القضية الفلسطينية على كافة المستويات وحول القضايا المدرجة على جدول اعماله .
وأكد د. أبو هولي بان الوفد سيؤكد على حق عودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين الى ديارهم التي هجروا منها عام 1948 طبقا لما ورد في القرار 194، وسيطالب بتحرك عربي واسع لحشد الدعم المالي للأونروا والتحرك باتجاه الأمم المتحدة لإلزام حكومة الاحتلال للانصياع لقرارات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة وقرارات مجلس الامن .
ويتراس د. أبو هولي رئيس المؤتمر وفد دولة فلسطين والذي يضم كل من مدير عام دائرة شؤون اللاجئين بمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية أحمد حنون، ومدير عام الاعلام والعلاقات العامة رامي المدهون .
ولفت الى ان المؤتمر سيصدر عنه توصيات مهمة حول مجمل القضايا المطروحة والمدرجة على جدول اعماله ستقدم لاجتماع مجلس وزراء الخارجية العرب في دورته المقبلة لإقرارها.

Dr. Abu Houli: the conference of Supervisors will discuss joint preparations of the Arab host countries for the success of the international donor conference in support of UNRWA

The PLO Executive Committee member confirmed the head of the Refugee Affairs Department, Dr. Ahmed Abu Houli, the conference of Supervisors for Palestinian affairs will discuss on the agenda of its 105th session the joint preparations and efforts of the Arab countries hosting refugees and the league of Arab states to make the international donor conference to be held in 2021 in order to achieve multi-year and sustainable support for UNRWA and to translate the great political support to UNRWA Which it obtained during the vote to renew its mandate in the United Nations General Assembly in December 2019 to provide financial support.
Dr. Abu Houli said in a press release issued by him today (Sunday) that the conference of Supervisors of Palestinian affairs in the Arab host countries will begin its 105th session tomorrow morning Monday at the headquarters of the general secretariat of the league of Arab states in Cairo with the participation of the Arab states hosting refugees, the general secretariat of the league of Arab states and the organization of The Islamic Conference, the Arab Organization for Science and Culture "ALECSO", through the "video conference" linkage unit, due to the emergency imposed by the covid-19.
Dr. Abu Houli said that the conference is being held in complex and difficult circumstances, in light of the Israeli escalation of settlements, through the construction of new settlements, the expansion of the old, the confiscation of thousands of dunums of Palestinian land in the West Bank and Jerusalem, the demolition of Palestinian homes and their displacement, which constitutes a practical application of Israeli annexation plans, in addition to the covid-19 .
The conference will discuss issues on its agenda related to the Palestinian issue, most notably the issue of Jerusalem, the ongoing Israeli attacks on the city of Jerusalem and its residents, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and attempts to pacify it, as well as support for the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their legitimate struggle, Israeli settlement and Jewish immigration, the apartheid wall, the activities of the Palestinian Refugee Relief and Works Agency UNRWA, its financial conditions and development in the Palestinian Territory.
Dr. Abu Houli continued "the conference will stand before the report of the Palestine sector and the occupied Arab territories on the follow-up to the recommendations of the previous (104) session of the conference of Supervisors".
During the conference, the Palestinian delegation will present a series of reports on the latest developments in the Palestinian issue at all levels and on the issues on its agenda .
Dr. Abu Houli said delegation would affirm the right of the return of Palestine refugees to their homes, which they had abandoned in 1948, in accordance with Resolution 194, and would call for a broad Arab movement to mobilize financial support for UNRWA and move towards the United Nations to compel the occupying government to comply with the resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council resolutions .
Pole Dr. Abu Houli, the chairman of the conference, the delegation of the state of Palestine, which includes the Director General of the Palestine Liberation Organization's refugee affairs department Ahmed Hanoun, and the Director General of media and public relations Rami al-Madhoun .
He pointed out that the conference will issue important recommendations on all the issues on its agenda that will be submitted to the meeting of the Council of Arab foreign ministers at its next session for approval.
